✨ Just a quick reminder: our processing time is 1.5 weeks for both pick-ups and shipping—excluding weekends and holidays!

Our ears are made with a headband similarly in size to the Disney Park Ears but with a more flexible headband to provide comfort to make sure you can wear our ears all day! Also, velvet ribbon lines the inside of the headband to provide extra comfort and to keep the headbands from slipping!

Unfortunately, we do NOT accept returns/exchanges because every item is handmade. If issues do rise about the product (ie. Ears arrive damaged) please message me between 24-48 hours of delivery with a picture and I’ll make sure to provide a shipping label to send the ears back and I will send you a new pair of ears. Please be kind ☺️

Due to our ears being handmade the ears will not look the same to the ones in the picture. I use every part of the fabric thus every ear will have different pattern placements (ie. Pattern fabric, Butterfly Fantasy Ears, flannel, etc.)
